So if for whatever reason you’re unhappy with an order, just follow this simple guideline below for Eastbay returns and exchanges.

Eastbay Returns – The company accepts returns for up to one year from the original date of shipment. You will receive a full refund less shipping and handling if you return your order within 90 days. Beyond that, you will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. You may also opt for a gift card for exchanges made prior to 90 days from date of shipment.

Eastbay Exchanges – Any exchange in store bought condition can be processed for up to 90 days, as long as the new item is available. Otherwise, a reimbursement less shipping and handling will be provided or a gift card if requested. As soon as the exchanged item is received, the new item will then be immediately shipped. If an incorrect, flawed or damaged item was received before 90 days, Eastbay will provide a full refund.
